Busy! Long overdue update!
What’s been going on with me?
So it’s been a while since I’ve last updated this, so let me give you a quick run down of what’s been going on.
ONE.
I’ve moved away from electronic products (ie. ebooks) because I found it very difficult to sell. I know people have made tons of money through Clickbank, and although I was able to sell a couple copies, it wasn’t “fun”. This is my personal opinion, but I didn’t feel right selling a product that I knew nothing about.
TWO.
Wordze – Scammers, fraudsters, thieves!
Well this is a lesson learned:
“Don’t assume that the products that ‘well known affiliates’ support on their page, is good” – you can quote me on that.
About a couple months ago, I was looking at ways on how I can improve keyword researching. I found that I needed help in that area so I decided to research about it. Eventually I had a couple of options and Wordze was one of them. I went through their site, read reviews about them, and found out that a extremely well known affiliate was using them as well – a “super affiliate” too.
So I thought, “Ok if this guy is using it, then it must be good!” – classic thought process by me, such an idiot. On top of their credentials, they also had a “FREE 14-day trial” in which I can try the program for 14 days and if I don’t like it, I can cancel. If, however, I don’t cancel they’ll charge me $X amount (I think it was $40 dollars). So I knew what I was getting into, but I had full intention of canceling before the 14 days was up.
Stop reading and start your campaigns!
Listen up newbies! It’s ok to read other affiliates’ blogs, forums, or websites promoting the next “magic pill”, seriously it’s ok! But there comes a point where you just have to stop reading and use what you learned, if you don’t, this will just be another hobby for you! To the successful affiliate, this ISN’T a hobby, is a job, a career, a way to earn a living for their families. You will not survive this industry if you have the mentality of “I just wanna make a quick buck”, it doesn’t work that way.
For the first couple months of my journey, I was in that same boat you are; reading, absorbing, and worst of all dreaming of the possibilities. I got stuck in that stage and I felt comfortable just dreaming. It was addictive to think of “sweet I’ll have so much money if I do this, blah blah blah”. It’s the same feeling I feel when I think of winning the lottery, and it’s bad for your progress.
Tony Robbins – Condition Your Mind – MUST SEE
I absolutely LOVE when he goes into the 4 squares diagram: Potential -> Action -> Results -> Belief. This is exactly why the Rich get richer, and the Poor get poorer.
Gary Veynerchuck – Motivation DOES have a name!
This guy is absolutely RAW. His words, his thoughts, and his actions come from a deep seed of PASSION! I’ve definitely started to follow him and his career.

A Beginner’s Guide to Affiliate Marketing
NOTE: First, I just want to say that Derek and Adam have NOT approached me or asked me to write this review. What’s written on this page is from my personal experience. I paid for the product, and now I’m reviewing it.
There are hundreds, if not thousands, of “How to” guides on Affiliate Marketing, Internet Marketing, PPC Marketing, SEO Marketing, to the point where you don’t even know what’s good! I’ve been on that boat, heck I’m still on that boat.
Are you SEO friendly?
Are you SEO friendly?
As I dive deeper into Affiliate Marketing, three BIG letters keep popping up! S-E-O!
What is SEO?
SEO / Search Engine Optimization, is a process that improves your sites ranking or quality of traffic on search engines.
Lets break it down into layman’s terms. If you have a “fantastic, most awesome site EVER, like OMG”, if it isn’t “SEO friendly”, no one (besides you and your mom) would know about this awesome site. That’s basically the point of making a site, so other’s can enjoy it, right?
Words of wisdom from Ben Affleck?
I watch this whenever I feel.. whenever I feel like it! This speech puts confidence so far up your ass that you’re ready to unleash it on to your campaigns!
Campaigns: How they’re similar to girlfriends
Do you remember your first girlfriend? I do, how can you forget, it was your very first one! Well your first girlfriend is like your first campaign. You go through similar phases:
1: The “Ohh this is exciting/new” phase
2. The “Learning about eachother” phase
Adgroups: How many do you have?
Honest question! How many ad groups do you have? As I continue to dive into PPC, the more tips and tricks I start to uncover. Now, I don’t even know if I’m doing this right, but with the one campaign I am running, I have about 8 ad groups. Don’t forget guys, I’m still a newbie here trying to find his footing.
Why 8?
