Yeah, I signed up for this trial, and then went to cancel after two days. No “cancel subscription” button, multiple emails to customer support ignored, and twice now they’ve tried to charge me $40. I haven’t kept any money in that account, but it’s absolutely infuriating.

I checked my bank account and paypal and no charges so far. It’s been over a month so the free trial should be up and I assume I would have been charged by now if i was going to be. Thanks for the help!

No I didn’t get around to filing a report on them. I wish I did but it wasn’t worth my time, I just hoped people would learn from my mistake!

Okay, thats good to know, I will still make sure as it seems that they really aren’t trust worthy.

Not a good way to run a company! Sorry for your bad experience with them, did you ever contact that better business bureau or anything like that?

Although it says on the Wordze site that “cancelling through paypal, won’t cancel it”, Im happy to report that I have not been charged since then.

Still bitter about the whole thing. At least you got out of it!

I just cancelled my wordze subscription through paypal with 5 days left of the free trial. Like you I couldn’t find anywhere on the site and emailed them about it through their website support.
Please let me know if you still got charged after cancelling through paypal. I wrote myself a reminder to check to see if i still get charged after July 25th.

Well you are not the only one who got suckered by this lousy tool. After signing up for the free trial I took wordze for a spin and within a few minutes concluded it was totally useless (at elast for my purposes) and was in fact performed far shabbier than many free tools that I use.

So I did the very next logical thing which was to cancel the free trial. So you can imagine my absolute surprise when I discovered that sometime during the following month my account had been billed $38!

Wordze is such a lousy tool (that has apparently been around since 2006) even its authors are aware of the fact so their only hope of making money from wordze is to offer affiliate marketers large residual commissions to sing the praises of this bogus tool…

…But the main method though which wordze makes money is by surreptiously and unethically locking a free trial subscription to automatically upgrade to the paid $38/month subscription!
